Bellum is a paid game, with Standard, Deluxe, and Supporter editions sold through its own store. As of November 2, 2026, the displayed discounted USD prices are $35.99, $47.99, and $95.99 respectively. There is no confirmed current free-to-play version or free demo to rely on when planning to play.
Buying a copy and receiving immediate access are also different questions. Deluxe and Supporter list Closed Weekly Beta access. Standard accounts are scheduled to join Wednesday–Sunday testing on December 3, 2026, while the target for the 24/7 launch is Q1 2027. Older discussions of temporary friend keys describe an intended feature, not a verified current free-access offer. Choose an edition for the entitlement and benefits it actually lists, and confirm the final checkout price before paying.
Compare the displayed edition prices
The store displays a 20% pre-order discount across the three current editions. The comparison prices are labeled Early Access Pricing; they are not additional charges to add to the discounted amount.
| Edition | Displayed discounted USD price | Displayed Early Access comparison price | Main purchase distinction |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $35.99 | $44.99 | Base game key, with Standard weekly access scheduled for December 3 |
| Deluxe | $47.99 | $59.99 | Closed Weekly Beta access, digital extras, and Deluxe cosmetics |
| Supporter | $95.99 | $119.99 | Closed Weekly Beta access, expanded supporter perks, and queue priority |
These are the store's displayed USD values at the time of this guide. They are not guaranteed local-currency amounts, tax-inclusive totals, or permanent prices. If you are comparing the purchase with another game or budgeting for several friends, use the checkout amount presented to you rather than assuming the table covers every possible charge.
At these displayed prices, Deluxe is $12 above Standard, and Supporter is $48 above Deluxe. That arithmetic helps identify the decision: pay for the access timing and named extras you actually want. A larger number on the edition card does not automatically mean it solves a different problem, such as an unsupported PC or a test session that is currently closed.
The base edition gives you a game key rather than a free download with optional paid upgrades. The discounted price is still a purchase price. A pre-order discount should not be confused with a free trial, and a future access milestone should not be read as immediate availability.
Standard is the lowest listed purchase tier
Standard includes a Standard Game Key for Bellum and the reduced-price pre-order offer. It is the direct choice to compare if your goal is obtaining the base game without paying for the higher editions' digital extras and cosmetic packages.

The important access change is the announced December 3 opening for Standard accounts. Both existing Standard pre-orders and new Standard purchases are covered by that planned weekly-testing milestone. Before then, the December announcement does not create immediate Standard access to the ongoing Closed Weekly Beta.
If you can wait for that milestone and can play during the announced Wednesday–Sunday pattern, Standard may match your needs without the higher edition cost. That is a decision based on timing and included benefits, rather than a promise that Standard has the same current access before December 3.
If your main requirement is playing whenever you have free time, the planned weekly opening is still a limitation. The target for 24/7 availability is Q1 2027. Buying Standard now secures the listed purchase and planned access path; it does not remove the testing calendar or turn the current build into a final release.
Check the access condition before choosing the lowest price
Look at when you want to play, then compare the edition's entitlement with that date. A lower price is useful only if the access conditions fit your intended session. Conversely, paying more solely because an older video says Standard must wait until Early Access would miss the newer December weekly-access plan.
For a group purchase, repeat the check for each person. One friend's Deluxe access does not provide the same entitlement to another friend's Standard account before the Standard milestone. Do not assume a shared squad or the same installed launcher changes what each purchased account includes.
Deluxe adds beta access and a defined extras package
Deluxe lists a game key, the digital art book, and the digital soundtrack. Its access section includes Closed Weekly Beta and the Early Access launch. This makes the edition relevant to a buyer who wants the current weekly-testing entitlement, rather than waiting for the planned Standard expansion.

Product artwork identifies the digital Deluxe Edition.
The listed Deluxe in-game extras include a Deluxe patch and icon; M4A1, AK-74M, and AKM weapon skins; a glove skin; and a watch skin. These are named presentation benefits. Do not convert a weapon-skin label into an assumption about an extra weapon, different damage, or a statistical advantage.
Deluxe also lists a name in the credits as a pre-order bonus. The later roadmap announcement places a December 3 removal date on credits name mentions and training-wall name mentions, even though other pre-order discounts and bonuses are intended to continue until the 24/7 launch. If recognition benefits matter to you, review the current offer before paying and account for that exception.
The digital extras should also be considered separately from the access entitlement. An art book or soundtrack is a reason to value the package if you want those items; it does not make a closed session open or guarantee a spot in a full server. Decide whether the listed extras and access timing justify the difference from Standard for your own use.
Supporter expands the perks rather than removing test limits
Supporter lists a game key, digital art book, and digital soundtrack, together with Closed Weekly Beta and Early Access launch access. Its older Closed Alpha label describes an earlier phase; it should not be interpreted as a separate current service that stays open around the clock.

Product artwork identifies the digital Supporter Edition.
The named Supporter perks include its patch and icon, priority in the server queue, and Supporter weapon skins for the M4A1, AK-74M, AKM, M249, PKM, and RPD. The package also lists the Deluxe M4A1, AK-74M, and AKM skins, the Deluxe glove skin, and the Deluxe watch skin.
Other listed pre-order benefits include the Supporter Discord tag, submitting an objective name, a name on the training map wall, and a name in the credits. As with Deluxe, the wall and credits mentions have the announced December 3 cutoff. A listed opportunity to submit an objective name should not be expanded into a promise about the exact naming process or when a chosen name appears.
Queue priority is worth separating from a guaranteed instant connection. The store names a priority perk; it does not establish that a full server always has an immediate place for you or your entire group. Older community explanations of queue timing are not a substitute for current terms, so avoid purchasing around an assumed exact wait reduction.
Supporter can make sense if you specifically value the extra cosmetics, recognition, queue benefit, and larger contribution to the project. It is not the necessary purchase merely because you want to join the same current weekly-testing category listed for Deluxe.
Do not treat old friend-key plans as a current free trial
Earlier Bellum announcements discussed temporary game keys that could let owners invite friends to try the game without buying first. A later buyer's video also discussed recruit keys as an intended approach. Those statements explain why free-access claims may appear in searches or community discussions.
They do not establish a currently available promotion, who can issue keys now, which accounts qualify, or how long any present key remains valid. Without a current offer and its actual conditions, you cannot plan a weekend around receiving a free invitation. Do not buy an edition on the assumption that it will immediately provide additional trial keys for friends.
Historical Founders information is another separate issue. Earlier material described a limited tier with additional Standard keys and physical items. The current three-edition store comparison does not make that old tier a presently purchasable offer. A friend receiving a purchased key would also be different from the game becoming free to play for everyone.
Likewise, older references to possible free access should not be expanded into a standing free weekend, a downloadable demo, or a public signup that guarantees admission. The current practical choice is between the listed paid editions and waiting for an explicitly announced offer if you require a no-cost way to try the game.
Check purchase terms without assuming a refund trial
A refund policy and a free trial serve different purposes. Do not treat an old video's description of a refund window as permission to buy, play for a particular number of hours or days, and automatically recover the payment. Current terms, eligibility conditions, and the actual purchase circumstances need to be checked before relying on that route.
Read the official store's current purchase and refund information before checkout if the ability to reverse the purchase is essential to you. The price table here does not establish a refund deadline, an exception, an upgrade process, or how a payment provider will handle your transaction. Avoid using someone else's older refund experience as a guarantee for your own account.
The same caution applies to edition upgrades. If you are deciding whether to start with Standard and upgrade later, check the actual current process and cost first. An earlier description of contacting support or a planned launcher feature does not prove today's upgrade terms.
Choose the smallest package that meets your needs
Start with your actual requirement. For the base game and the planned December Standard testing entry, compare Standard first. For the current Closed Weekly Beta entitlement and the Deluxe extras, compare Deluxe. For the additional Supporter benefits, examine those named perks individually rather than treating the highest tier as necessary for ordinary participation.
Before paying, confirm the edition, the displayed checkout total, the access timing, and the current terms. Also check the Windows PC requirements: the game lists DirectX 12, an AVX2-capable processor requirement, broadband, and SSD storage, among its hardware specifications. A more expensive edition cannot compensate for a machine outside the supported requirements.
If you need a guaranteed free way to evaluate Bellum before making any purchase, the current edition offers do not provide one. Waiting for a clearly announced trial or other access offer is a valid buying decision. If you are ready to buy, the useful comparison is the paid entitlement you will receive now and at the announced milestone, alongside the extras you actually want to own.
